Reporting Line: Internal Audit and Control Manger

Roles and Responsibilities:

INTERNAL AUDIT & CONTROL

• Ensure the internal control procedures of the company and its subsidiary are in compliance with the Group’s and its M&S Branch’s.
• Assist in preparing and analysing the Group’s internal control reports (PAC, SAPIN2 etc.) on an efficient and effective manner.
• Coordinate with all departments to implement and enforce the relevant internal control procedures.
• Attend internal audit/control projects as assigned.
• Assist in drafting the internal audit and control report when required.
• Do the follow-up of the audit recommendations and document the updated status.
• Assist in managing the company’s P&P master data and timely update where necessary.
• Assist in other tasks as required by line manager.

SURPRISED CHECK

• Join the operational spot checks at stations, depot, warehouse, dealer’s and contractor’s sites.
• Attend the surprised cash and cash equivalent check at the designated areas.
• Other surprised checks as required by management.

Key Requirements:

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance.
• Experience: At least 2-year experience of external or internal audit, preferably in multi business and operation environment would be of assistance in this role.
• Skills: Good command of SAP system, MS Office and good understanding of accounting principles would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with deadlines, good self-organization, and professional interpersonal skills. Fluency in Khmer and English. French language understanding would be a plus.
