Position: Group Chief Executive Officer (Ly Hour Group Co., Ltd)__Deadline:19-February

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Group Chief Executive Officer.

A Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) is the highest-ranking executive in a Group of companies. They are responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of the Group, and they report to the Group's President.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement the Group's long-term strategy. This includes setting overall goals and objectives, identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, and making decisions about resource allocation.
• Manage the Group's portfolio of businesses includes overseeing the performance of each business
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, government officials, and the media.
• Represent the Group to the external meetings or events.
• Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture. This includes fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Meet with the Group's board of directors on a regular basis to discuss the Group's performance and strategy.
• Travel to different locations to meet with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Make a summary to propose decision-making to President on major investments, such as new products or services.
• Approve or reject proposals from business units.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of the Group's industry and business environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education:

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior executive position.
• Familiar with Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Banking, Leasing etc. business is a plus.
