Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)

- Identifying and researching potential suppliers who can provide quality products or services at competitive prices (quotation).
- Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and follow up supplier for incomplete delivery.
- Ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand without overstocking, which could lead to increased holding costs.
- Verifying that the goods meet the required quality standards.
- Preparing purchase orders, budgets, cost analyses, and reports on purchasing activities.
- Prepare document and report to Finance Department arranging payment to supplier.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to secure reliable partnerships and negotiate future needs.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Work Experience at least 1 to 2 experiences in procurement or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and can work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation, good communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers.
