God’s love by creating a warm and welcoming environment where visitors
and our members feel at home. To provide a sense of belonging where
strangers become friends and family.

Responsibilities
Welcome Team
- Lead volunteer team meetings to foster communication and collaboration
- Celebrate volunteers by acknowledging their successes, transitions, and birthdays
- Support the discipleship of volunteers to encourage their spiritual growth
- Organizing team to welcome people before celebrations starting
- Collecting all celebrations participation and monitoring the growth church number
- Create a warm "welcome home" atmosphere during celebrations
- Stage decorations match to celebrations series and events
- Oversee Weekend information table with the Next Leader
- Collaborate with celebration teams to help guests connect with the church
- Manage offerings alongside the Usher and Finance teams.
- Chairs and tables set up for the celebrations
- Supporting Mission Team Coordinator if needed
- Having a few years’ experience working/ volunteering in the hospitality industry, including significant experience with international guests
- Skills in organizing and planning
- Good in written and communication skill both Khmer and English
- Ability to use computer, internet including e-mail, Microsoft office and social media platforms
- Display a positive attitude and provide a top-quality experience to all our guests
- Flexible schedule on weekdays, evening and weekend in rhythm with church life
- Lead by an example, develop and maintain a positive team spirit and be self-motivated
