We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:Crestar Education Group Pte Ltd, a long-established education group in Singapore, has been at the forefront of educational excellence since the founding of Kinderland Preschool in 1979. Over the past 46 years, Kinderland has expanded its presence to 12 countries, with 120 schools serving over 20,000 students across the region. In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lesson planning and preparation
- Creating learning resources
- Running extracurricular activities
- Undertaking professional development
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Head of Department (Primary) or School Principal
- Be informed about the aims and curriculum of the area in which they teach
- In light of these aims and curricula, select the lesson content and activities that are appropriate to the needs of each student in their class(es), in relation to the school's philosophy and objectives
- Regularly and promptly correct all assignments completed by students and provide feedback
- Keep accurate, complete records of the progress of each student
- Inform parents of students' progress through report books and, where necessary, letters or individual meetings
- Be familiar with new developments and methods in the teaching of their field
- Ensure appropriate behavior of students in class and around the school
- Keep the administration and Grade Level Coordinators informed about student absence, lateness or discipline problems
- Maintain inventories of all textbooks and materials issued to students
- Care for the classroom(s) in which they teach, ensuring that the room(s) is/are attractively decorated and conducive to learning
- Be available for all parent-teacher meetings
- Attend all relevant meetings, including planning meetings
- Submit to the Head of Department (Primary) or School Principal copies of all letters sent to parents
- Assist Supervisors/Heads in any projects or tasks related to school goals and objectives
- Participate in all school events
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Licensed Teacher
- Minimum Teaching Experience:2 years of teaching experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and solution-oriented
- Positive and professional outlook
- High sense of responsibility
- Thriving for excellence.
- Be honest, punctual, reliable, dynamic and creative person;
- Organizational skills with attention to details.
