We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:Crestar Education Group Pte Ltd, a long-established education group in Singapore, has been at the forefront of educational excellence since the founding of Kinderland Preschool in 1979. Over the past 46 years, Kinderland has expanded its presence to 12 countries, with 120 schools serving over 20,000 students across the region. In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and other instructions provided by the Principal
- Provide nursing care and physical screening to students; assess students and implement first aid measures for students as needed
- Assume responsibility for appropriate assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, management, and referral activities for students
- Implement and record required screening programs; notify parents when further medical evaluation is indicated
- Establish and update health and immunization records in consultation
- Administer daily, as required medications and nursing care procedures prescribed by the student's physician
- Initiate emergency procedures for students and staff as needed
- Orient the staff and teach specific medical procedures for the evaluation and maintenance of medically involved student in the classroom
- Present, train and maintain appropriate standards regarding contact with, and possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious body materials within the school or employment setting
- Support health education programs in the School
- Follow procedures for Child Protection and Duty of Care
- . Act as a liaison between the school, home health department professionals, and other community agencies
- Maintain and ensure accurate records of data in The School Management System
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Major in nursing
- Ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels especially pupils of all ages and all nationalities
- A caring and reassuring ‘bedside manner’ when treating students
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- Ability to take control of an emergency situation, to work quickly and direct others
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members, staff, students and the wider community
- Certified in First Aid, CPR.
- Good presentation skills for training school staff
- Excellent organisational abilities - High standards of dress and professional behaviour
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment in a work environment
- Be honest, punctual, reliable, dynamic and creative person.
