Position Summary:
The Regional Export Sales Supervisor is a key executive responsible for opening export sales market, driving sales growth and managing the operational aspects of export sales within assigned regions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, market expansion, and the efficient handling of export processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and operations, with the ability to lead a team and optimize the end-to-end export process.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to secure product knowledge, pricing, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure products meet market demand and are delivered on time.
- Manage the flow of information between sales, supply chain, and production to optimize order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and competitive pricing through ongoing communication with suppliers and production teams.
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional export markets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine strategies and enhance performance.
- Market Entry and Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, agents, and key market stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to anticipate changes and position products effectively.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the entire export process, ensuring efficient coordination between sales, logistics, and production teams.
- Manage inventory levels, shipping schedules, and export documentation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with logistics, production, finance, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and operational reports to senior management.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Marketing & Exhibition Participation:
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events to promote products and services.
- Network with potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and enhance brand visibility
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales and operations.
- knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, export management software, and MS Office.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in English relevant to the region, are highly desirable.
