Working hours: 8:00am-17:00pm | 9:00am – 6:00pm| 10am-7:00pm (working hours rotate), 6days working and 1dayoff
- Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province)
- Sales management and operation:
- Supervise, assist all sale team, Guide and train employees under your supervision, ensure employees complete goals, functions and tasks
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives to meet the business objectives
- Organizes and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Build, take care and extend customers list for company business objectives
- Develop the source of customers
- Proactive and work with organization/ association of
- Sales plan:
- Develop and implement business plan to develop sales channels and customers to meet the set business target.
- Sales report:
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Other tasks assigned by Sale Manager
- University degree in Economics Marketing, Real
- Estate is an advantage
- At least 3 years in the role of Sales Manager/ leaders for an investor company is priority
- Good ability to organize and manage work. Sharp in business.
- Good ability to synthesizer, analyze, and evaluate.
- Good situation handling skills.
- Have good relationships in the real estate community
