Working hours: 8:00am-17:00pm | 9:00am – 6:00pm| 10am-7:00pm (working hours rotate), 6days working and 1dayoff
- Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province)
- New customers/ leads’ monitor and record:
- Monitor and record daily visitors/ leads to project
- Receive and record hotline customers and transfer to sales.
- Admin jobs
- Preparing and managing Deposit/Booking contracts, Appendix of deposit/Booking contract, Registration form, Payment progress for customers
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Storing customers database
- Keep confidential with all customers/ sales men/ sales agent’s data
- Manage goods baskets
- Manage daily sold, inventory units that assigned to Internal sales team and each agent
- Daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ yearly/ ad hoc report
- Compiling sales reports (deposit/booking/transactions/ sales status)
- New customers/leads’ monitoring reports
- Sales men and agents' support
- Manage the sales policy and project information
- Update and explain salesmen and sales agents with new sales policy and project
- Cooperating with Internal sales team and sales agents to participate open sales and events
- Understand the sales process and instruct for sales agents and sales men if any
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Other tasks assigned by Sale Manager
- College/ University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Proficient in English
- Proven knowledge of Real Estate Industry
- Pressure handle skill
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Excel and PowerPoint (MS Skills)
