We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced teachers and staff to join our team in various capacities in the upcoming school.
Job Responsibility
- Assist in formulating a marketing strategy that is aligned with the school vision, mission and values, strategic plan, educational anchors and school-wide learner outcomes to advance the educational values with the school community and a profitable business operation.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events throughout the school year.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities and impactful community events
- Monitor progress of the marketing campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance and report to the department head and the school management regularly.
- Manage budgets and expenditures for all external marketing activities.
- Assist in monitoring the business impact of all websites and social media activities
- Liaise and attend meetings with agencies or suppliers for current and future cooperation
- Manage external marketing agencies or contractors as required.
- Attend any other relevant tasks assigned by the school management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing field or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English - written and spoken.
- Proven experience with social media and web analytics
- Min 3-year experience in similar roles
- Experience/skill in planning/cost calculation and tracking is preferable
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and design softwares is preferable
- Demonstrated positive attitude and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and high-level personal integrity
- Experienced working in an international school environment is a plus
