The Centre’s Office Administrator is pivotal to Bloom Asia achieving its vision. As the Office Administer of the ELC, you will be responsible for creating a peaceful and engaging environment that is effective, efficient and includes a welcoming office environment for our staff, children, parents and visitors
The Office Administer will also assist the Centre in accomplishing our mission -

- Act as first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils – both in person and by telephone, in a courteous, professional, calm and friendly manner
- Supporting pupils and staff with their enquiries to the school office, following up on any actions as required
- Answering incoming telephone calls taking appropriate action to ensure the callers needs are met or queries answered
- Undertaking the daily student attendance records and liaise with teachers and carers concerning any missing students
- Providing general clerical/administrative support to staff and colleagues
- Updating the student management system – little lives as needed
- Preparation and post the weekly elc bulletin in little lives
- Supporting the organisation of school events
- Act as purchasing agent for school supplies/resources
- Interface with finance office regarding tuition payments and other money matters
- Interact with teachers and administrative staff as needed.
- Other tasks as directed by immediate supervisor or centre leadership.
- University degree in business administration or similar degree or 3+ years of office management experience
- Proficient computer skills including Ms. Office, internet & email, and other school management apps
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Khmer speaking, reading and writing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Faithful and practising Christian
- Ability and willingness to work within a Christian organisation/environment
- Disciplined with priorities and reliable in completion of tasks
- Professional presentation in demeanour, written and oral communication
- Works well under stress with sustained positive attitude
- Teachable spirit
- Strong ethic of service
- Cooperative - able and willing to work in multicultural, professional teams.
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Must be punctual and creative
