Jati Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is integral to our strategic growth and involves leading the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, enhance our brand presence, and drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed business goals.
- Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, PR, and promotional events.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and training.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and media partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the relevant cultural and regional knowledge.
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the resort or hospitality industry in the region.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and tourism trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
