Position: Communications / Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Centre for Policy Studies (CPS))__Deadline:07-September

The Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) – an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit, and autonomous policy research institution – is seeking to recruit a Cambodian national for a part time position of Communications / Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist.

The position is based at the CPS office in Phnom Penh. Salary offer will vary based on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Work with CPS to develop a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with CPS’s goals and objectives.
• Improve the communications of the products of CPS
• Be in charge of project M&E aspects of CPS
• Work with CPS management to develop and refine M&E frameworks, tools, and processes to track and measure project results.
• Prepare detailed M&E reports that highlight project performance, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
• Manage the organization’s digital presence, including the website and social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and engagement.

Key Requirements: 

• At least five years’ experience in project or organizational management
• In-depth knowledge M&E
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Khmer
