Key Responsibilities and Priorities:
Admissions
1. Admissions Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with academic departments to provide accurate information on courses, curriculum, and admission requirements.
- Generate and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions statistics, enquiry conversion rates, and sales outcomes to the Senior Management Team.
2. Sales and Outreach:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrolment targets.
- Build relationships with potential students and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Represent the school at educational fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities to promote admissions.
- Conduct tours of the school for prospective students and their families, showcasing the facilities and programmes on offer.
- Conduct new parent orientations, informing them about our programmes, rules and policies, mission and school culture.
- Participate in school events, open days, and information workshops, playing a key role in the promotion of the school to prospective families.
3. Application Processing:
- Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
- Communicate admission decisions to applicants and guide them through the enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials highlighting the school's strengths and achievements.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about programme updates and changes that may impact admissions.
- Work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, enrolments and retention processes.
- Assist the Managing Director to supervise the Front Office Team.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, communicate with prospective students, and analyse data to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and alumni for ongoing engagement and relationship-building.

Retention Strategies:
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the School Admissions Supervisor and Sales Coordinator will actively contribute to student retention efforts.
This includes:
1. Engagement Programmes:
- Develop and implement student engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community and belonging among current students.
- Collaborate with the academic department to organise events, workshops, and activities that enhance the overall student experience.
2. Communication and Feedback:
- Establish regular communication with the principal to gather feedback from the termly student surveys on their experiences and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the principal to identify and address potential issues that may affect student satisfaction and retention.
3. Retention Analysis:
- Utilise data analytics and feedback mechanisms to identify trends and potential challenges in student retention.
- Develop reports and recommendations for the senior leadership Team based on the analysis of retention data.
4. Personalised Support:
- Collaborate with the academic department to facilitate personalised support to students facing academic or personal challenges, connecting families with appropriate resources within the school's support network.
- Act as a liaison between students and relevant departments to facilitate a smooth resolution of any issues impacting their academic progress.
5. Re-enrolment Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute re- enrolment campaigns, emphasising the value of continuing education at our school.
- Work closely with the school principal to design and implement targeted strategies to address the specific needs and concerns of students considering withdrawing from the school.
Retention Performance Metrics:
- The School Admissions Supervisor and Sales Coordinator will be evaluated based on key retention metrics, including but not limited to:
- Semester-to-semester retention rates.
- Student satisfaction levels.
- Successful implementation of retention initiatives.
- Reduction in withdrawal rates.
