The Program Officer will be fully dedicated to overseeing the entire program, ensuring its successful implementation and positive impact on youth participants. This role involves managing the intake process, supporting youth throughout their participation in the program, and planning and facilitating workshops. The Program Officer is also responsible for preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly progress reports, while keeping the youth motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire program, ensuring effective and efficient implementation of activities.
• Manage the intake process, ensuring the selection of suitable youth participants.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to youth throughout their participation in the program.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and other program activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress reports, detailing program outcomes and impacts.
• Maintain a focus on program success and the motivation of youth participants, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all involved.

• Ensure the smooth and effective running of the program, meeting all targets and objectives.
• Provide high-quality support to youth participants, helping them to achieve their goals and stay motivated.
• Plan and deliver engaging and impactful workshops and activities.
• Produce accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights into program performance and outcomes.
• Uphold and promote Glean Asia’s standards, enhancing our reputation and expanding our partnerships.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Development, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within NGO or international development project contexts.
• Strong command of English and Khmer (written and spoken).
• Experience with youth programs and workshop facilitation.
• Proficiency in technical writing and analytical skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights.
