The Program Officer will be fully dedicated to overseeing the entire program, ensuring its successful implementation and positive impact on youth participants. This role involves managing the intake process, supporting youth throughout their participation in the program, and planning and facilitating workshops. The Program Officer is also responsible for preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly progress reports, while keeping the youth motivated and engaged.

- Produce accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights into program performance and outcomes.
- Uphold and promote Glean Asia’s standards, enhancing our reputation and expanding our partnerships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Development, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably within NGO or international development project contexts.
- Strong command of English and Khmer (written and spoken).
- Experience with youth programs and workshop facilitation.
- Proficiency in technical writing and analytical skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in program management and problem-solving.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Adaptability to changing project needs and deadlines.
