We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of HR and Admin Executive.
Report to: General Manager
Working day: Monday to Saturday
Location: Kam Bol, Phnom Penh
Job Summary: The HR and Admin Executive support the HR & Admin department in various administrative tasks and activities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR. operations and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in job posting on job boards and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and maintain applicant tracking system.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
- HR Administration:
- Coordinate HR tasks (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate to set up necessary internal policies, procedures and implement as well
- Assist in generating HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.) as needed.
- Support in audits related to HR activities.
- General Support:
- Maintain HR department supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Assist in organizing company events or employee engagement initiatives.
- Overview of general health and safety, warehouse and office security
- Public relation with local authorities and relate parties
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration and Relevant Degree
- 2 years experienced as an HR functions, administrator, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office; Internet, E-mail, familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, good management and leadership, problem solving skills and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not always required.
