MP Villa is a various home development company established since 2021 which provide home flats in the form of Villa for sale with different projects such as Borey Garden Tangov, Tangov House and Borey Tangov since 2011. Now we are expanding our projects so we need some potential candidates to fulfill the following positions:
Site Engineer (3 Positions)

- Assist in preparing the process of projects such as those encompassing roads and large buildings.
- Assist in designing construction projects.
- Assist Senior Site Engineer in preparing budget and cost estimation for all phases of a construction project and develop a complete budget for each project.
- Manage construction since the beginning by reviewing safety issues, conduct land surveys, and manage team of surveyors, engineering technicians and construction workers.
- Manage and inspect the completed project to ensure that all codes have been met, safety issues addressed or resolved and the job has met all specifications of the project.
- Assess completed projects by evaluating the structure to ensure that it meets all federal and local codes and specifications.
- Prepare details schedule for the whole process of the construction.
- Regularly check and monitor on each stage of the productivity.
- Provide orientation on the project requirement and details project specification all team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by his supervisor.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or related field.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in construction sector and 1 years in management level;
- An enthusiastic person with extensive knowledge of civil engineering;
- Be able to use AutoCAD 2D, 3ds, Max and Sketch Up;
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
- Sound decision making capabilities;
- A strong focus on continuous improvement.
