We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions of Sale Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus
- Develop and implement a sales strategy in line with the company's capabilities to exceed sales targets.
- Construct a solid sales pipeline and follow through on plans to acquire new clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic customer relationships and networks.
- Initiate and nurture partnerships that add value to both the client and the company.
- Adapt sales and pricing tactics according to market trends and competitor analysis.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and maintain detailed sales records in Salesforce.
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated by the reporting manager and country/global management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Experienced in strategic business development and managing key accounts, with specialized knowledge in the freight and supply chain sector.
- Capable in sales from identifying customer needs to securing contracts, and well-versed in handling multi-national, diverse business environments.
