Loan
Recovery Manager is to be responsible for the collection of delinquency
and to recover the loan written off ( WO) in the entire branch. Manage
the effectiveness of the daily work of the Loan Collection Officer and
Loan Recovery Officer to achieve the branch collection KPI and
efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationship with existing and Hunting new potential Business partnership.
- Managing business development projects from end to end to ensure projects are completed properly within timelines.
- Developing operational processes to ensure the smoothness in daily operations of the bank.
- Working with other functions of the bank to ensure operational processes are designed with adequate controls in order to mitigate risks, with full consideration on customer convenience so as to raise the bar of customer service standards, and fully compliance with related regulations.
- Working with IT and Digital teams on developing new solutions to improve customer experience in existing and new services and on internal preparation for User Acceptance Test (UAT) and rollout.
- Working with marketing team on designing promotional campaign, marketing activities, and communication for the launch of new products or services.
- Contribute to building good working environment at workplace, having good relationship with one another, good liaisons with other stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Skills Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
- At least 02 years of experience in commercial banks, other financial or financial services industry.
- Experience in financial product management is a plus.
- Good command of skills in analytic, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), and presentation.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
