SUNRISE JAPAN HOSPITAL Phnom Penh (SJH) is seeking qualified applicants to work with our medical professionals. We are searching for a talented individual Bachelor’s degree in Sale or a related degree, preferably with previous experience working in the healthcare industry.
Working conditions:
- Working days: 5 days per week
- Working hours: 8.00 – 17.00 (include 1-hour lunch break)
- Days off: days off (2 days off per week)
- Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
- Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
- Allowances: Overtime, commuting allowance, housing allowance, seniority payment, learning support, 13-month salary, and so on
- Welfare: NSSF and Medical support by SJH
- Creates and executes a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Meets with potential clients and grows long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Sets objectives, trains and coaches’ team, and monitors their performance.
- Identifies knowledge gaps within the team and develops plans for filling them.
- Ensures that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitors progress and the report
- Manages the month-end and year-end close processes.
Basic requirements:
- 1 or 2 years of experience
- Passionate about working in the healthcare field
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Leadership skills to develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Sufficient computer proficiency is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability Motivational speaking experience
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Candidates should also be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to contribute to the development of sales strategies
