Chevron (Cambodia) Limited is a Global Energy Company most admired for its people, partnership and performance. We are urgently seeking for a qualified candidate fill the position of Receptionist & Office Service Support.
Responsible:- Provide understanding service in an efficient and friendly manner to visitors.
- Operating phone & fax machine, courier.
- Make appointment for all Business Units.
- Pick up incoming and outgoing call.
- Arrange documents to settle payment and follow up on the payment for customers.
- Manage ordering stationary for office use.
- Other administrative works as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers in travel arrangement such as office supplies/equipment’s purchase and maintenance.
- Control and manages stationary inventory.
- Arrange and manages office furniture and equipment
- Manage overall internal and external delivery services, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Administers documentation and filing system in comply with company’s policy.
- Maintain record of company assets and properties such as rental vehicles, mobile phones and etc.
- Handle monthly invoices, medical, office lease, utilities and telephone bills and other expenses as required.
- Maintain office clean tidy and order
- Maintain and track employees and employees’ family’s medical expenses (office employees, truck drivers and COCO employees)
- Type documentation in English and Khmer as required.
- Provide support to other business units as needed.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Administrative field.
- High school degree, bachelor is an advantage
- English language proficiency in both speaking and listening.
- Service minding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy MS Word-Excel, Outlook.
- Be able to type Khmer.
