Responsible:
- Conduct qualitative research using a variety of methods such as interviews, focus groups, and participant observation.
- Analyze qualitative data using established methodologies and software tools.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of research studies, including developing research protocols and data collection instruments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate qualitative findings into broader research projects.
- Prepare research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for publication and dissemination.
- Stay informed about developments in qualitative research methods and contribute to the advancement of research practices within the institution.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in sociology, anthropology, psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative research, including data collection and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative research methodologies and theoretical frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Good at qualitative data analysis software
- Prior experience with grant writing and project management is desirable but not required.
