Early to mid-career: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing, Sales, and Branding Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting TapEffect's growth by driving marketing efforts to get more customers, developing a strong brand identity, implementing sales strategies, organizing impactful visual content, and creating compelling communication materials for fundraising activities.
- Create brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content to support sales efforts and promote TapEffect's piped water services to households.
- Utilize graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals.
- Establish and maintain TapEffect's brand identity, including for the website, presentations, site uniforms, and payment centers.
- Ensure amazing branding and messaging to enhance professionalism and trust of our piped water services.
- Establish communication channels such as Telegram, Tiktok, Facebook, and in-person events for marketing and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and test innovative sales strategies aimed at increasing demand for tap water.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing materials and products in driving sales and water usage.
- Test out new tap water product packages for different customer segments
- Organize photos and video production to capture TapEffect's operations, impact on communities, and the value we create.
- Work closely with field teams to capture compelling visuals showcasing TapEffect's initiatives and achievements.
- Create visually engaging presentations and communication materials to support TapEffect's fundraising efforts.
- Communicate the social impact of TapEffect's initiatives effectively through compelling narratives and visuals.
Qualification
- A passion for creating great content and a strong ability to get things done
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field;
- Experience in graphic design or video production preferred but not required. Candidates encouraged to submit a creative portfolio along with their CV, if available, and specify experience in relevant creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva; Premiere, iMovie; emerging AI technologies; etc.).
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience developing and maintaining brand identities.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive demand and increase customer engagement.
- Clear, concise communication abilities in Khmer and reasonable English
- Excellent copywriting skills evident in past work samples or portfolio pieces.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer.
