The European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (Eurocham) is a not-for-profit organisation. Our mandate is to enhance trade and investment relations between Europe and Cambodia through a range of advocacy initiatives, outreach activities, and business support services. We are seeking applications from organized individuals with good communication & interpersonal skills to become our Junior Admin officer.
The Junior Admin Officer focuses specifically on providing admin support to the entire team. She or he will be principally responsible for admin, and logistic tasks. To accomplish this task, the recipient works with the accountant to develop and implement administrative processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for liaising with the landlord, maintenance team, and IT department, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain the office environment to the highest standards, arranging repairs and overseeing office layout and supplies.
- Manage inventory of office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for smooth daily operations.
- Handle corporate accounts, including managing relationships with service providers (internet, transportation services…)
- Act as the welcoming face of our organization, distributing emails and answering to phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist visitors with orientation and manage meeting room bookings and setups.
- Maintain records and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support HR functions, including recording HR documents, maintaining the HR locker system, and assisting with timesheet management.
- Liaise with government authorities for various registrations (patent update, registration with the Ministry of Interior, …)
- Assist with job announcements and the hiring process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and recorded.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including providing building passes, business cards, and facilitating induction processes.
- Liaise with government authorities for various registrations and permits, ensuring compliance with regulations (NSSF, MLVT systems such as LACMS & FWCMS, ensuring business visas extensions…)
- Facilitate the visa and work permit processes for foreign staff, including securing medical appointments and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Support the finance team with accounts receivable collection and payment follow-up.
- Liaise with delivery services and assist with document preparation during audit periods.
- Flexibility to assist with other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Adaptability and strong willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills, ability to switch between multiple tasks and retain knowledge across a broad range of topics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to the organization's internal rules
- Completed an academic degree or a related vocational training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to develop and leverage a network
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good level of English & Khmer;
