Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Can work with multinational colleagues and clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Available to work part-time on Tuesdays, Thursdays or weekends
- Provide customer services to test takers on the test day
- Maintain high level of security with IELTS test materials throughout the test
- Deal with the required logistics of the test
Key Requirements:
- 18 or above
- Detailed-oriented & a good team player
- A good English communicator
