This position is assist to providing the best quality assistance and support general administration tasks to the Executive Office and ED for both office work and field work. This role will assist to manage ED’s calendar and email to ensure all the appointments that has been set are well coordinated and updated. This position will require to accompany ED for field visit and translate the conversation between ED and kids/communities. It is not limit to take a minute during ED’s field visit to note down all the requests or suggestions from communities/kids, follow up kid/communities’ case and timely update to ED.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning ED’s calendar, appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Assist in managing and coordinating ED’s schedule, calendar and email to ensure all the important events/emails/appointments are not miss out.
Monitor email account for Kids and Community’s emergency cases.
Follow up kid/families case with relevant stakeholders with timely report to ED.
Create group email with relevant stakeholders including ED to ensure all cases are timely followed up and well-informed.
Accompany ED to field visit to CCF’s facility/school.
Be a translator during field visit between ED and kids/families from Khmer to English and vice versa.
Take a minute or note down all the requests/suggestions from kids/families/communities.
Ensure efficiency and effective administrative information and assistance.
Make sure the office is prepared and supplied with stationary etc.
Manage petty cash and clear payments for suppliers of ED’s office.
Manage all vouchers/petty cash given out to community members and well-recording.
Regularly meet with ED to discuss all tasks relate to the community and students.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Visibly ethical, able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work
Bachelor Degree of International Relations, English Literature, business administration, or any relevant field
At least 3 years’ relevant experience with demonstrated success in secretary role or similar role
Experience working with NGOs and community context is advantages.
Ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and professionally with a diverse and international range of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, including an ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities, both collaboratively and independently as required.
Be able to work within a team taking responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Ability to self-manage and initiate, bringing a ‘can do’ approach to the role.
Make well-informed decisions in a calm and positive way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Khmer.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Email, and communications platforms.
High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
