JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead agile team to deliver the quality of the internet banking product included both SME and Admin web application.
- A key communicate point between business team and technical team to make sure the communication smooth and effectively.
- Translate all the business requirement or product requirements to technical requirements for Agile team.
- Provide the technical solution to the agile team and feedback loop to ensure team are on track and motivated.
- Oversea the technical issues, blocking within the project and resolved those issue to meet the project timeline.
- Working with Head Department to align the technical strategy within the project implement and future roadmap.
- Working with DevOps and Solution architect for facilitate the development in Agile team.
- Participating on the product testing included customer facing and back office facing web interface.
- Provided the weekly report on technical progress of the project to direct supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, IT and Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in software development.
- 2+ years’ experience in Agile development mythology.
- Good at technical skill included design, analysis, and implement.
- Strongly experienced on Web user-interface and user-friendly design.
- Know of the backend programming language Java and framework included Spring/Spring Cloud.
- Good knowledge at OOP, MVC, RESTful, Microservices design.
- Well communication and experienced to lead small team.
- Really good at problems solving skill.
- Good at SWOT analysis in team and finding improvement area.
- Good at project management and defined project scopes.
- Experienced working with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Basic knowledge in any cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
