The
main purpose of the “Unit Manager, Corporate Compliance” position is
responsible for Ensure Hattha Bank Business is in compliance with Group,
corporate, regulatory and AML/CFT requirements, assist Deputy Head of
Compliance Department to develop and manage compliance program and
promote of compliance culture within organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare report to regulator and Group.
- Prepare notification and monitor on compliance status with group requirement.
- Implement Volcker Rule and S&L and prepare report to management and group.
- Review and monitor on the implementation of PCRF requirement.
- Work with related departments/business units to ensure compliance with Client Protection Pathway, Codes of Conduct and regulatory requirement.
- Support branches and departments on the implementation of Anti-Bribery and Corruption, G&E, conflict of interest, and prepare report to management.
- Conduct training for new and existing staff on Whistle blowing and Anti-Bribery and Corruption.
- Review and monitor on the compliance status of Group’s groupwide policies within Hattha Bank.
- Undertake review and monitor Hattha Bank’s PPMGUs and others, and communicate to PPMGU owner once it is due for periodic review.
- Undertake review and update on Compliance’s PPMGUs.
- Review and monitor on Compliance Annual Workplan.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills Specifications
- B.A or Master graduated in business, finance.
- Experience in different area in bank at least 3 years, plus 1 year in field of internal control, AML, or risk management, or internal audit.
- Great knowledge of principle banking and financial institution operation.
- Understanding supervisory, AML/CFT standard requirement on bank and FIs.
- Highly acquainted with computer systems and programs, such MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email & Internet.
- Be able to work independently as well as collaborative with team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skill.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent command of Khmer and English.
- Some travel required.
