Job Responsibilities
- Engage with merchant team to improve customer echo system payment
- Engage with Data Analytic team on customer profiling and behavior make sure it is required with our target
- Engage with digital banking team on mobile app from customer perspective
- Manage deposit products to ensure that products suit to target customer.
- Take lead in mobilization and operations of deposit.
- Execute product/campaign proposal and ensure successful launch as approved feature.
- Work closely with other department to ensure system, product flow and staff awareness to all retail products and campaign.
- Initiative champion in deposit product campaign to increase of sale volume and build customer base
- Keep monitor on competitor movement to keep own bank deposit product stay competitive
- Build and strengthen business partnership to provide optimal customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide guidance to staff in handling problems related to bank products.
- Analyze on the effectiveness of launched deposit/saving products.
- Work with marketing department to ensure that marketing campaign on the deposit is aligned with sales target and ensure the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Ensure all documents are well tracking and filing.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance and Banking, Management and Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 5-6 years experiences in banking industry and in deposit/saving product/ in product research/product development, Market/Product Research, or relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership Skills: You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions for your employees.
- Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
- Professional Training on Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
- Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written, and Chinese is a plus.
- Proactive, flexible, and good team player.
- Honesty, commitment, and hard work.
