Digital Health Intervention Field Officer: 01 Position (Based in Kampot province)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
Responsible for the effective implementation of RHAC’s Digital Health Intervention project on Self Manage Medical Abortion (SMMA) at Project sites. Work closely with Provincial Program Officer and Field Support Manager to ensure the DHI project is effectively implemented at field level reaching to target people. Work closely with sub-national level (pharmacies and HC staff) at the two target districts to ensure effective collaboration in SMMA implementation. Serve as project focal person who connects with and provide SMMA counseling/ follow up to beneficiaries. Develop weekly and monthly work plan and budget from sites and ensure that the monthly activity perform in accordance with approved monthly work plan and budget.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sub-national level (pharmacies and HC staff) to ensure effective collaboration in SMMA implementation.
- Follow up HCs, pharmacies, YAs/WCs to ensure implementation according to guidelines.
- Provide SMMA counseling/ follow up to beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with schools to mobilize students to participate in face-to-face CSE sessions, with a focus on SMMA using AMAZE videos.
- Collect case studies and real life stories
- All activities reports are reported in RHAC reporting system.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plan and budget
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary Midwife, preferably with a health background and/or equivalence
- A minimum of two-year experiences in health performance at government health or private clinic (for those who are equipped with IT data based are encouraged).
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Good computer skills, especially in IT and Media.
- Good communication, training and presentation skills.
- Good public relations and coordination skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel to province.
