Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is one of the leading international

significant array of programs and initiatives.
CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Maternal Care Program (MCP) Assistant based in Phnom Penh.
POSITION SUMMARY

This job is mainly responsible for providing ID care, data entry on support list, support members and baby package stock controller, holding money for daily support members, Input data into data base system. This position is best on providing new ID card for new members, data entry every support to members/community and make sure all members got support, provide home visit care and hospital visit. This position also assists in any events in the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Interview for new client “New Add”
- Do family assessment for new client after interview and MCP members before provide any support
- Check the real case problem condition and Pre-Consultant members’ husband about domestic violence
- Provide ID Card for new enroll members
- Do home visit for prenatal, Neonatal and postnatal members 2 time per week and make sure they are healthy and safety
- Visit and support members who hospitalize Record member’s situation after home visit
- Visit MCP members for training and to get any support
- Assist any event in the program (training, doing blood test, ultrasound)
- MCP Program kid event database
- Data entry for new client’s application form
- Refer all new born to do birth letter
- Refer client to do health equity fund and record it
- Monthly follow up and do MCP’s schedule
- Prepare member document in individual folder
- Input data into database system
- Compile report to supervisor(case by case, weekly and monthly report) and Monthly photo report send to MCP Supervisor
Requirements
- Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
- Bachelor degree of Accountant or Information Technology or related field;
- Knowledge of health and previous experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of spoken and written Khmer and English;
- Knowledge of Ms. Office, E-mail and internet;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skill; Patient, honest, and trustworthy;
- High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
Remunerations
