Study Abroad Counsellor (Phnom Penh)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling services on study and visa application to clients
• Provide general administrative support to the Study Abroad Resource Centre
• Ensure that all clients are professionally served and a feedback system is effectively implemented
• Participate in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns and branding strategies
• Assist in event management (e.g. Study Abroad Expos)
• Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Key Requirements:

1. A university degree preferably from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, or the USA
2. Good command of English (IELTS of 5.5 overall band score is preferred)
3. Be familiar with Cambodian and International educational systems
4. Good computer skills in word processing and database usage
5. Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
6. Experience in customer service and administrative work is preferred
7. Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
8. Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
9. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
