Campus Managers (Phnom Penh &Siem Reap)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of the campus
• Maintain and enhance all academic aspects of programs offered at the campus
• Support and implement professional development programs for teachers and participate in curriculum reviews
• Assist with teacher recruitment and performance evaluations
• Develop, support and implement growth strategies of ACE
• Lead and manage effectively in a cross-cultural environment

Key Requirements:

1. A Bachelor Degree and an ELT related qualification (A Master Degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics is preferred)
2. Good communicative, inter-personal skills and team player capabilities
3. Good organizational and time management skills
4. Strong commitment to professional and personal integrity and ethical conduct
5. Ability to engage and work in a multicultural environment
6. Strong command of English
