To support this development, CCF is currently looking for a dynamic and exciting candidate to fill the position of Administrative Officer.
About “Administrative Officer”
This position will work closely with the Facility Manager and other management team/staffs within the organization. S/he will responsible for managing various operations and program at the facility and providing strategic and operational oversight, and support to ensure the effective, efficient provision of administrative services such as security/safety, OSW working hour. Furthermore, s/he builds capacity for security guards to be more strength staff, prepare training as possible.
Especially, this role works closely to all departments / facilities for supporting them even by phone or email. Obviously, this position work on decoration with new building/playground as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Security and safety:
- Provide training or refresh on Alarm system to staff and new staff and ensure they follow the guard policy and procedure;
- Ensure security and safety for our students, staff, and community for all area location of CCF and ensure traffic safety in front of all location under CCFCC;
- Review and check fire alarm system to ensure it functions well and monthly check on firefighting system including fire alarm, extinguisher and blanket;
- Purchase Prevention tools for guard (night time shift) and set up emergency evacuation plan
- Maintains administrative stuffs by orienting new employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment;
- Coordinate with HR department to organize office functions such as new staff/OSW, OT…etc;
- Follow up and share on visitors’ schedule from Sponsorship, Volunteering Dept, ED’s office, and they are welcome from CC staff;
- Assist event arrangement and supporting on time with good quality.
- Manage and supervise the activities of security guards;
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to detail work plan for yearly implementation;
- Coordinates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignment and work techniques;
- Identifies staff under supervision for development and training needs and ensure the training is obtained.
- Reinforce to work closely with IT, admin team, RC’s team and Education team;
- Regularly check on hardware (device machine);
- Monthly report export for related staff (twice per month to export);
- Register for new extra OSW;
- Liaise with all programs and all facilities with respect to administrative manners (All);
- Communicate with government people such as Village chief, Police force, and other issues;
- Rice and Pocket money supporting list compile and coordinate from each program (KNY, PBD);
- Support finance works on annual budget;
- Performs related work as assigned by Facility Manager.
- 3 year progressive experiences in similar work;
- Degree in business administration, management or equivalent degree;
- Strong Knowledge in security controlling, office management, and inventory management;
- Good in facilitation and supervisory skill are required;
- Knowledge of Ms. Office, E-mail and internet;
- Knowledge of English in communication level (Good in speaking, writing, and reading);
- Be responsible, patient, honest, and trustworthy;
- High commitment, passion, and be able to work under the difference context of people;
- Visibly ethical, able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work.
