To support the development, CCF is currently looking for the qualified candidate to fill the positions of Executive Office Administrator.
This role is to ensure providing the best quality assistance and support to the Executive Office and the Executive Director. The role’s tasks will include managing the ED’s email and calendar, arrangement of VIP guests, translation and interpretation and supporting administrative tasks for the ED’s office.

6. Provide administrative support to other departments as required

Key Responsibilities:
1. ED’s email
- Manage, prioritize and report the ED’s email
- Monitor email account for emergency cases
- Post any appointment/invitation in ED’s calendar
- Communicate to relevant people
- Ensure that meeting places have been appropriately arranged
- Prepare necessary document for ED (as required)
- Booking accommodation
- Arrange welcome packs, welcome sign, and phone
- Arrange pick up/ transfer and local transportation with coordination of admin
- Prepare itinerary with coordination with other staff as required
- Booking meeting rooms
4. ED’s Office
- Make sure the office is prepared and supplied with stationary etc
- Manage petty cash, advance money and clear some payments for suppliers
5. Manage the Executive Office intern
- Train the intern on tasks (Stock controlling, transportation, payment, shipping, etc)
- Provide feedback on the intern’s performance
6. Provide administrative support to other departments as required
- Assisting in administrative tasks for other teams as requested
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in management, secretarial, administrative job would be asset.
- 2 year of experience in similar work.
- Fluent in Khmer language and excellent written and oral English ability
- Computer literacy skill (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point, Internet and email).
- Confident with excellent relationship management skills. Astute, self-aware and able to build and manage relationships and work collaboratively and harmoniously with stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds. Able to be assertive when needed and to resolve dilemmas and facilitate positive outcomes
- Systematic & organised: able to track, prioritise and complete large numbers of tasks.
- Initiative & sound decision-making skills: Ability to self-manage and initiate, bringing a ‘can do’ approach to the role. Make well-informed decisions in a calm and positive way.
- Flexibility: be able to respond to changing demands and adapt to new priorities.
