To support the development, CCF is currently looking for the qualified candidate to fill the two positions of Maternal Care Program (MCP) Assistant.
This job is mainly responsible for doing family assessment, data entry, home visit, and providing education on healthcare to client. This position is also assist in any event or office work (update home visit schedule, upcoming and report) in program. It also follows up baby vaccination, accompany baby to hospital & visiting, as well as manage financial expense for operation.

Key liaison : Medical Clinic, Admin, Community Outreach team, and Counselor team

Key Responsibilities:
- Entry data of all Maternal Care Program (MCP)’s data;
- Conduct family assessment and record member’s situation after home visit;
- Conduct training, do blood test, ultrasound check;
- Home visit for prenatal, Neonatal, postnatal members 2 times a week to make sure they are healthy and safety and also support members being hospitalize on rotation basis.
- Assist in office work and control and record the material for stock in and out.
- Do weekly and monthly report and update baby master list to supervisor.
- Visibly ethical, able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work.
- Degree in Nursing/Midwife or IT are desired.
- Knowledge of health and previous experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Ms. Office, E-mail and internet. High knowledge in computer’s application and software.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English
- Willing to work with baby and impoverished communities
- Patient, honest, and trustworthy.
