Main duties and responsibilities:
- Advising on issues related to national and international laws , regulations Declaration and Circular and related subsidiaries to properly and timely
- Advising on communication to institutional department (government) and business partners who are involved in law enforcement for the subsidiary in order to track every regulation to be modified or provisions that new inventions aimed at making subsidiary executive coordination with the provisions of national, international laws and business partner.
- Preparing legal documents, support in case of need for a meeting of shareholders, board of directors of the subsidiary to be smooth
- Doing other work-related tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of law
- Any Cambodian who is majority
- Fluency in English; read, written and spoken is priority
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel)
- Good at inter-personal skill and customer service
