Trainer:	Ms. PEN Bopha has over 12 years of experience in management and training. During this period she provided training to commune councilors, village chiefs, and community members in good governance, civic engagement and people participation in decision making. In the last 5 years she delivered personal development, self-motivation, communication, facilitation and OPERACY to students and staff of universities, Microfinance Institutions and companies in Cambodia. She was also one of the two women selected to represent Cambodian women leaders in ASEAN Women Leadership Workshop (YSEALI) by US Embassy to ASEAN in 2015.
