Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 37 countries in the world. Good Neighbors Cambodia is implementing long term integrated community development program focusing on sponsorship, education, health, water & sanitation, income generation and partnership building in some provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more projects to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. We are seeking more qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following positions:

Job description:
- Be in charge of SSD program in 3 villages—Cheung Aek, Prekthloeng and Prekbronak
- Be responsible for education program such as managing kindergarten, after school program, selecting annual data of students from both school CA and OT and checking the number of drop-out students who are from the villages above, follow up reason of school drop-out.
- Work with Community Volunteers to conduct home visit and ensure that all sponsored children in the field projects are visited 4 times a child per years and all children information are collected according to the plan.
- Check school feeding program to see whether food served for children is clean and efficient for children to eat. Prepare weekly school feeding request and submit it to Education Officer.
- Prepare measuring document for each kindergarten student by measuring the height, weight etc, like new child intake.
- Daily check number of kindergarten students and after school program in order to calculate monthly students in both programs.
- Prepare advocacy program in campaigns by looking for good ways to push community members to encourage their children to go to school; furthermore, make students understand more about their rights and encourage them to go to school too.
- Collect information mainly from record and related to sponsored children such as new child intake, annual child letter, annual progress report, direct service, gift money and gift letter with supervision from SSDM and help data entry and translation in the period of ACL and APR.
- Organize data and information, prepare and maintain records/documentation
- Design child support with sponsorship staffs and provide counseling to those who drop out from school in order to bring them back to school again.
- Participate in staff meeting at least once a month at HO and other meetings at the field office as required.
- Manage and control all kind of document or information which related to the child and keep in a safe place, and confidentially.
- Make sure each child’s folder has enough information, up to date, keep in the right place and orderly
- Have good relationship with staffs and act in a friendly way to staffs, stakeholders and other people.
- Adhere to GN policy, code of conduct and help other assignments as requested
- Implement other tasks assigned by managers or request from other co-workers if appropriate
Requirement
- Bachelor degree majoring in management or Social work
- 2 years-experience in the related field
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
- Good level of English and Computer skill (Microsoft Offices)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn
