Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of below based in Phnom Penh.
Vice Dean, School of Business
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide training to students of School of Business.
- Update training curriculum and pedagogy development.
- Manage sales, marketing and retail business teams.
- Manage sales, marketing and retail business practice activities.
- Provide support to sales, marketing and retail business teams.
- Make decisions on sales, marketing and retail business issues.
- Create network with external partners.
- Plan and control budget.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Business or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Management.
- 5 to 10 yea experience in sales, marketing, retail, education.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient usage of computer and Microsoft office.
- Speak and write English fluently. French is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Be able to work with flexible schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
Volunteer: volunteer can also get some benefits from PSE as following:
-Allowance of Full-time volunteer is 50 USD/month and 30 USD/month for Part-Time Volunteer; plus
