Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of below based in Phnom Penh.

Business Facilitator 


Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote micro-credit for micro-business purpose in the communities: community meeting, CMK process, principle of turnover, and budget management explanation, and contact people getting loan.
• Promote micro-credit access for micro-business purpose among the trainers and provide business training to beneficiaries.
• Interview borrowers and direct people towards CMK: interview, collect basic individual information, record data, provide letter of reference, and update and submit document to CMK.
• Follow up micro-business development: design questionnaire, record information in database, home visits, monitor loan, and identify the reasons of late loan and non-paid loan. 
• Ensure effectiveness partnership: meeting and communication of additional information with CMK.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in management, social science, and other related fields.
• Social work, counseling skill, proactive, and good team work.
• One year experience in micro-credit and business development.
• Be able to communicate in English. French is a plus.
• Eager to learn knew thing.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
Volunteer: volunteer can also get some benefits from PSE as following:
-Allowance of Full-time volunteer is 50 USD/month and 30 USD/month for Part-Time Volunteer; plus
