IDP Education (Cambodia) operates multiple business streams including: English language teaching through its school, the Australian Centre for Education (ACE), operated on three campuses in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap, with 13,000+ students; the national management of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); provision of study abroad counselling services; scholarship program management; and conference, event and exhibition management. IDP Education (Cambodia) Ltd is seeking a fully-qualified maintenance base in Phnom Penh.
Job summary: Under limited supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance of company's properties and performs related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine plumbing repairs and replacement of equipment such as toilet, sinks, faucets, and water leaks.
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electric devices.
- Assist in purchasing relevant equipment/materials necessary to complete task
- Assist in repairing and moving furniture/equipment and setting up tables and chairs
- Paint interior and exterior walls as necessary
- Work on the weekend if required; participate in cleaning; assist staff, visitors, and students as necessary.
- Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques and ability to estimate cost of repair projects regarding to labour and materials.
- Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of the buildings
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Ability to communicate effectively, mainly reading, speaking, and some writing.
