Why should you attend this training?
This course is building a relationship that enables both supervisors and their managers or subordinators to achieve their goals. It helps to build skills for identifying and planning ways to work together, with heading off conflicts, more effectively as well the Position and Salary will rise up smoothly.

Session I: Overview of build A Constructive Relationship with Your Manager
- Develop a strategy for building and maintaining a positive relationship with managers.
- Identify ways to get more feedback from managers.
- Successfully demonstrate the Key Actions in a practice situation…
- Develop a solid foundation of support from your manager.
- Get the kind of feedback you need on your performance constructively updated on your work group's activities.
- Clarify priorities for a new assignment.
- Start working with a new boss.
- Set up a strategy for heading off future conflicts with you manager
- You and your manager don’t seem to agree on priorities.
- You’re feeling uncertain about how your manager views your performance.
- You find your self-wondering what your manager's own priorities are.
- You had a crisis situation with your manager.
- Your manager appears to be unusually stressed about your work.
