Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part
of an international organisation, where you will develop and ensure
implementation and execution of the Global Financial plans and policies,
develop skills and authority amongst the Greenpeace global finance
community and coordinate funding flows to and from National and Regional
offices.

- Ensuring global financial processes are developed to meet the changing needs of the organisation
- Lead the establishment, maintenance and development of financial management capacity and expertise building across Greenpeace globally
- Ensuring global financial processes are developed to meet the changing needs of the organisation
- Ensuring appropriate execution of funding flows to and from Greenpeace organisations
- Leading, managing and developing a team of six, based in Amsterdam
What we’re looking for:
- 8 years relevant post qualification working experience with significant line management experience
- Professional accounting qualification or postgraduate degree in Business including a significant financial element
- Experience of working in international organisations, preferably in not for profit and campaigning organisations
- Experience with change management: implementing and bringing about significant positive changes in work culture, practices and performance
- Experience in working with multicultural senior staff and teams and across borders
- Excellent communication/organisational and line management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Commitment to Greenpeace aims and goals
- Willingness to travel
