OBJECTIVE:
To develop excellent trainers by transforming their mindsets, and deepen their understanding of human learning capacity and developing their practical skills to effectively prepare, plan, conduct and evaluate training.
EXPECTATIONS
I. Deeper understanding of:
- Role and responsibility of trainer
- Personal quality and character of an effective trainer
- Adult learning psychology and principles
- Emotional Intelligence as the primary key for learning
- How brain development effects learning readiness
- Differences and linkages between teaching, training coaching and mentoring
- Differences between KBT (Knowledge Based Training) and CBT (Competency Based Training)
- How to improve human intelligence
- Motivate and fire-up trainees’ enthusiasm
- Chose and use effective training and memory tools
- Design and prepare lesson plan and curriculum
- Prepare training budget
- Prepare training materials and presentation
- Conduct training effectively and memorably
- Evaluate training effectiveness and trainee’s competency
The training will be based on Adult Learning Principles incorporating System Approach, Emotional Intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
