Entrepreneurs who do not have digital at the core of their operation can apply, as long as there is the potential for digital technology to be used in some way to increase the impact of their work.
The idea must use digital solutions. The use of digital technological solutions can be demonstrated in one or more of the following ways:Utilizing mobile, broadband, digital and/or information technology, as part of the solutionHave the potential to use mobile broadband, digital and/or information technology to improve the quality of the impact or scale of the social impactPromote connectivity and access to communications, particurlary to underserved populations or has the potential of doing so.

We specifically look for ideas or initiatives that:Will have a great social impact - provide genuine solutions to problems communities face and have the potential to improve children's lives directly and indirectlyAre scalable - have the potential to change the lives of many people - nationally, regionally or even globallyCan be financially sustainable - meaning that this idea and business model is financially self - sustainable.Can be system - changing - meaning they are ideas that can solve society's issues in a big way and in the long term
