Position: Program Manager based in Kampot province
Children and women Development Center in Cambodia (CWDCC) is a Non-Profit and local Non-Governmental Organization, based in Kampot Province, and was registered with the Ministry of Interior in 2005. CWDCC main approach for development is to empower communities to work collectively to improve the overall wellbeing of community people, focusing particularly on women and children.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the technical and financial reporting, and program communications;
- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the program activities to ensure that the overall work plan and objectives are followed;
- Maintain good relationship with donors, government departments and other partners at national, provincial and district level and facilitate working relationship and build good rapport between government departments;
- Oversee and provide inputs in developing and finalizing funding proposal to submit to donors and resource mobilization;
- Help design training and workshops and to facilitate planning meetings;
- Supervise program coordinator, program officer, and program assistant
- Ensures monitoring, evaluation, and improvement/ modification of program activities and outcomes, revising activities as necessary to ensure the program outcomes are achieved on time and within budget;
- Ensure reports of the program unit activity including case studies, research reports, training reports and other publications;
- Contribute to proposal development and improve the strategy of the program.
Qualifications Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree of Social science, General Management, and Development Management or related field.
- 3 years of relevant project management experience in development management or related field,
- Project Management skills, including planning, monitoring and reporting
- Proposal development experiences
- Innovative and open-minded approach
- High interpersonal skills, team spirit and networking capabilities
- Strong commitment to protecting children and zero tolerance of child abuse
- Good command of English (oral and written), communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet)
