Communication Specialist -- PSE

Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Communication Specialist (Full-Time) based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing effective communication strategy for the organization;
• Manage the use of PSE's information and communication materials;
• Participate in organizing events and campaigns;
• Develop promotional materials;
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers;
• Facilitate communication works with local and international media;
• Manage and control the stock in and out for all the communication tools;
• Design, create and implement brochures, leaflets, posters, stickers, PowerPoint presentation, and other communication tools.
• Other tasks as assigned by Communication Director.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Public Relations or other related fields;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in communication and event management;
• IT literate;
• Ability in written and verbal communication skill in English and Khmer;
• Enthusiastic, challenging and creative;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural context;
• Respect and support the mission and value of PSE.
