Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Beauty and Spa Instructor (Full-Time) based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver training in Beauty and Spa and related courses;
• Develop and maintain the highest standard of quality, sanitary and hygiene in the Salon;
• Handle customer complaints and queries in the Salon;
• Prepare, deliver, assess students/interns on competencies in Beauty and Spa treatment to the required high standard;
• Participate in related meeting and events;
• Check employee regularly on cleanliness, appearance and their awareness of pride in their uniforms;
• Prepare report and other performance analysis document;
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a closely related subject or equivalent professional qualification;
• At least 2 years working experience in Beauty and Spa industry;
• Relevant teaching experience and pedagogy is preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with interest in teaching;
• Honest, punctual and professional;
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet & E-mail);
• Respect and support PSE’s values and mission.
