Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE)  is a non-profit organization, established in Cambodia in 1995, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidates to fill 01 positions of Part-Time Principles of Management Instructor based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Train business school students in principles of management course;
• Prepare teaching plan required by school guideline;
• Join class council to evaluate student’s study progress;
• Control student discipline, morality, language and attitude;
• Upgrade course content, resources, case study, assignment, lessons and syllabus;
• Frequently meet immediate manager as per schedule set;
• Work with academic manager to deal with student discipline.

Job Requirements

• Have bachelor degree in Business Management or other related fields;
• Minimum one year experiences in teaching and preferable experience in Management;
• Possess a strong personality of presentation, communication and initiative;
• Sound knowledge of Ms. Word & Excel, or Ms. PowerPoint;
• Be able to act as role model for students and promote a team dynamics.
